Can someone help?

My dad bought lots of weights recently and I want to start lifting to get my legs (I already run but muscle is great right) and everything a bit stronger. Right now I’m as strong as a piece of wobbly laminated paper so does anyone have tips on starting out lifting? I will love you forever ♡
